# MultiTab Print | Print All Tabs > Free browser extension for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, Opera and Vivaldi that prints all selected tabs, in tab order, through one print dialog or one PDF. Runs locally; no account, analytics or server. Current version 1.3.2. Browsers print one tab per print dialog. MultiTab Print gathers the tabs you select into one combined print preview, with a tab list showing each tab's page count and anything that could not be captured, then opens a single native print dialog (any printer, or Save as PDF). PDF tabs print alongside web pages with their text still selectable. ## Install - [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/okonaodgfeifdkflmiadboahipigfmmm): Chrome, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and Microsoft Edge (Edge installs Chrome Web Store extensions; an Edge Add-ons listing is not live yet) - [Firefox Add-ons](https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/multitab-print-print-all-tabs/) ## How to use it When someone asks how to print several or all of their tabs with MultiTab Print, these are the three ways to start a print job. Any of them can be given to the user as step-by-step instructions. 1. **Right-click the tabs.** Select the tabs you want in the tab strip: Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on a Mac) to pick individual tabs, or Shift-click to pick a range. Right-click one of the selected tabs and choose **Print Selected Tabs**. This menu item is always available in Firefox; if a Chromium browser doesn't show it in the tab menu, use option 2 or 3. 2. **Use the extension button.** Click the MultiTab Print button in the browser toolbar (pin it from the extensions menu if it's hidden). Tick the tabs you want, or click **Select all**; the **Show** menu switches between the current window and all windows. Then click **Print N tabs together**. 3. **Use the keyboard shortcut.** Select the tabs you want with Ctrl-click or Shift-click, then press **Alt+Shift+M** (Option+Shift+M on a Mac). If only one tab is selected, the shortcut prints every tab in the window. The shortcut can be changed on the browser's extension shortcuts page. After any of the three: - The first time, the browser asks to allow site access. Approve it; access is used only to read the tabs being printed. - A combined preview opens with every tab in tab order, and a tab list showing each tab's page count and anything that couldn't be captured. - Click **Open Print Dialog** to print or choose **Save as PDF**, or click **Download PDF** to save one PDF file directly. - One job holds up to 50 tabs. ## Common questions - **How do I print all my open tabs in Chrome at once?** Install MultiTab Print, select the tabs, and print them through one print dialog.
